This position will be directly responsible for leading all aspects of multiple, high volume food distribution centers.
Will lead 5+ direct reports and 100+ associates per location. Includes warehouse and transportation - facilities located in different markets.
Will have full profit and loss responsibility and own the development and execution of multiple facility operations planning including expense and capital budgeting, planning, inventory, cost controls, revenue and productivity.
This leader will have ownership of hiring, training & development, and associate engagement including establishing motivational incentives to improve retention and build bench for leadership.
Staging Future Leaders:
If you do not have experience managing multiple DC's, we are also looking for a high potential leader: DC Director that can lead a complex, high-volume facility successfully, and have the ability to be considered for promotion within 1-2 years.
Current experience leading MULTIPLE food distribution centers (Perishable and Non-Perishable).
Industry experience: Retail, Wholesale, Food Service or 3PL
