The Operations & Linen Supervisor holds the responsibility to ensure that best practices with regards to linen and surgical supply inventory management and control are implemented and followed within the Logistics Warehouse, Logistics mini and overall Logistics Operation. Critical functions such as the availability of medical/surgical and linen inventories are in stock, on order, and available from the distributer. This supervisor is also responsible for ensuring proper stocking levels and space management while maintaining Logistics high standards of customer service to the patient care staff on a 24/7 basis. Working with the Distribution, Operations, and Inventory Managers to coordinate all existing systems and processes to optimize performance in the inventory management arena while taking advantage of the latest tools, trends, and technology in the industry.
